So, i was trying to make a right turn, i looked over my shoulder and at my mirrors quickly before making the right turn. The driver who was in the farthest right lane came up quickly and i stuck his car.

Just answer the questions honestly.
If you don’t know the answer to a question…it’s ok to tell the adjuster that.
If you have questions….ask them.
The loss is what it is. The adjuster is just trying to gather information to investigate the accident. Part of that is talking to both drivers to get their version of events.

Answer the questions he asks, volunteer nothing and tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth

Just keep in mind that most agents are obligated to their insurers first and foremost. So whatever you tell the agent, they’ll have to report back to the insurer.
Did you receive a ticket? If there’s no evidence that shows you were at fault, I certainly wouldn’t admit to it myself.
