Can you help me some tips and suggestions for modifying my loan?

Look in your telephone directory for financial consultants, call them and explain your situation to them. There is some government money to keep you from foreclosure.

They aren’t going to modify your loan before it is in foreclosure status, modifacations are done to avoid them, not simply line your pockets.
