Has anyone received an SBA loan for the payment of real estate as an investment property belong?

Is this possible? Is this allowed? I want to buy a set and point to close a hard money loan, which began, I told the guests, not only for conventional down payment requirement. I have a Real Estate Investment LLC, it would be possible to obtain an SBA loan for a down payment to get me started. all tips, all welcome. Thanks
