I tried to do a loan modification. Need some advice. ?
My husband was fired from his job and I requested a loan modification and were denied unemployment because your paycheck is not enough. We have a conservation plan, what kind of help, but only for 2 months, when, in order to pay the balance. I found a part-time work and think again to request the loan modification. implement any advice for us my husband for some orders, and we are waiting to be mentioned. some tips on how the loan modification. and perhaps some new laws that can help our bank is not telling us?

You will not get a moidifcation because you are in your situation by choice. Your husband is not working and you only work part time. Even with a modification you would not be able to make payments.
You need to show how they can help you, not support you.
