This book helped me understand the jargon of the mortgage. I feel more confident of certain terms and mortgage products that whoever is responsible for the mortgage may confuse unwary. Great Book! Rating: 5 / 5

A must for every home buyer first time. After reading this book you will be able to have a sensible discussion with the agent and the lender about how to you pay for your home. Even if you crack the cover without prior knowledge of the mortgages in this book will help you understand the choices you have available to you. A house is too large an investment, not understanding what you’re getting into. Know your options. Read twice to be sure! Rating: 5 / 5

This is absolutely a great book to read. It’s easy to understand and very simple. I recommend it to everyone that is a house to buy. . . . . immediately or in the future. It saves money and time. This is the first time I’ve written a review of a book. Yes, I like both! In fact, I think three more so I give to my sisters each a copy can this Christmas. If after reading my review and find it too good to be true. . . . . . to do what I do at some point. Go to your local bookstore. Search within this book. . . . .
