Zurich American brought Sony to court
A new court between Zurich American insurance companies and Sony will set a precedent for future decisions are made about the responsibility of the organization and coverage at the time of data breaches. The insurance company has said it would not cover the cost of Sony for many class action lawsuits that have occurred after a large database breach in early 2011, and asked for support from the court for decision.
