US Court Rules refused New Health Law
The government could not ask individuals to carry health insurance. Therefore, on Friday, the government ruled a federal court for striking down an important part of the new health care reform law. Local Republican Congress members praised the decision that made by Circuit Court of Appeals. They expected that the U.S. Supreme Court would be determined the fate of the overall health care law.
Panel sided with 26 states divided three-judge had sued to block the law. However, the panel did not want to go as far as a lower court that had invalidated the entire overhaul as unconstitutional. Government attorneys would ask the full 11th Circuit for reviewing the panel’s ruling. They also could file appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court that many legal observers expected having the final say on the issue.
Stephanie Cutter as White House adviser told that this ruling would not be agreed by the administration. In addition, she added that individuals who choose going without health insurance would affect all Americans to make an economic decision. She also said that when people without insurance got health care, and they cannot pay for, the rest of their insurance and taxpayers, which will pay for it.
