Azerbaijan investigating a plane crash in Afghanistan for insurance
State Labour Inspectorate of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Azerbaijan began an investigation in connection with the crash of the Silk Road Company of Azerbaijan in Afghanistan.
Madatli Nursing Academy which is the Vice Chairman of Azerbaijan Heyat Life Insurance Company Atesgah responsible as insurer of the five crew members on the compulsory insurance of the accident in production, told reporters on Wednesday.
“Investigations carried out to identify whether it is possible to classify this case as an accident insurance in the production,” said Madatli. He argues that the investigation should begin immediately and involve representatives of the company. “the payment amount will be determined after the investigation is complete if the insured event will be categorized as an accident in production,” said Madatli.
IL-76 Aircraft Company of Azerbaijan Air Silk Road brings the Nine crew members crashed in Afghanistan on the night of July 6. The aircraft was built in 2005 with a payload capacity of 40 tons and pass a full inspection in February 2011. It passed the next inspection in June 2011. The plane has diasuransiakan in Azerbaijan Insurance Company Yolu ipeck Sigorta. Interstate Aviation Committee in Moscow are now investigating the flight data recorder to find the cause of the accident.
