The Meadows Bank has opened a new SBA loan production office in Phoenix

A full service community bank specializing in United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) loans and Small Business Administration (SBA) the Meadows Bank announced it has opened a new SBA loan production office in Phoenix, AZ today . the Meadows Bank is headquartered in Las Vegas, NV. The office will be managed by Vice President of Meadows Bank Belinda Rosthenhausler. She has over 15 years of experience in SBA lending in the Arizona market.

Ms Belinda Rosthenhausler is active in several community and commercial real estate organizations including SIOR, CCIM, AZCrew, NAIOP, the Chamber of Commerce and Women’s Financial Group. Belinda Rosthenhausler said “I am excited to be representing in the Meadows Bank’s SBA lending group in Arizona. I am looking forward to assisting the small business owners on SBA lending options available in today’s market.” In January 2010, the Meadows Bank is starting the SBA Lending Division. Since the SBA Lending Division, Meadows Bank has continued to expand its SBA lending operation.

Meadows Bank have loan production offices in Denver, CO; Salt Lake City, UT Sacramento, CA; Phoenix, AZ; and San Diego, CA. Meadows Bank has a full staff of loan underwriters , officers and processors dedicated solely to SBA and USDA lending and specializes in USDA Rural Development and SBA lending.
