Employment Insurance claims have increased
There is little growth in the number of people who get unemployment insurance benefits usually done in December. Advantages those are simply seasonal by 0.8 percent, or 4200 people, for a month to set a total 544 700 beneficiaries. Compared with last year, this figure has decreased by 109 400 or 16.7 percent, said Statistics Canada.
