Ministry of Finance explained the criteria for cash assistance
KUALA LUMPUR – The Ministry of Finance today explained that the criteria of gross household income of RM3, 000 and less for those who submit an application for RM500 1Malaysia People’s Aid (BR1M) based on the total income of families living in one house.
This leads to a wife, husband and dependents was single, working and living in one house.
In today’s media release that the head of the household must include BR1M application form, a copy of the applicant’s identity card and recent pay slip (if any) at the time of making application. BR1M forms are offered free at all branch offices and service center Board of Inland Revenue, Ministry of Information, Federal Territory Development Department and government agencies as well as the Finance Ministry in Putrajaya which is in the main lobby and a few selected schools. Form will be offered starting December 10 and is opened from 09:00 to 17:00.
Time will take the form BR1M, head of the household must also bring a copy of dependents to identify the card, be it husband, wife or child. All required documents must be submitted together with application forms BR1M order processed quickly and without problems, the statement said.
