One Response to “I have my seal of notary in the state of Texas. . . How can a signer of the loan?”
Why do you want to do both, one will always interfer with the other.
At the moment you are taking an application someone will want you to sign loan docs. For some reason all loan docs have to be signed right at that moment because the borrowers can only be there at that particular time.
If you insist on becoming a doc signer, simply pass your business cards out to mortgage brokers, escrow officers as well as title officers/Representatives.
You might also try posting flyers in real estate and mortgage offices. You can start a data base and do a monthly mailing of your flyers so it will always be fresh in their mind.
Do the same thing with email addresses email your flyer to those loan officer and real estate agents that you have their email address.
If it was me I would stress being a loan officer more so than a doc signer.
Loan officers earn more and have to do less to earn what a doc signer have to do 3-4 times to earn as much money.
I hope this has been of some use to you, good luck.
