If people who need care bill of health insurance?
I read a newspaper article said “the $ 1. 3 billion dollar to buy individual health insurance and also medium and large companies offer their employees.” I was not so close after that, like most other people. Does this mean that people are forced to have insurance? And executed, if so, how the demand?

You are not sent to jail for not having health insurance, also, if you don’t want obamacare, THAT’S WHY WE HAVE THE FUCKING PUBLIC OPTION.

No, you will not be required to have insurance. All the bill does (on the individual level) is give the people another option for their health care. Think of it like a Medicaid/ Medicare for anyone who wants it. You can still go without if you so choose, and you can still go with your private/ current insurance company.

It means yes you have to have it or you would face a penalty. But on the other hand if you don’t have a job and have no desire to get one and are already living off the government means that the working person pays for there health care also it means if you sell drugs and have no source of income legally then you also will receive the benefits of free health care as long as you are a legal citizen so they say but im sure there will be loopholes around that. It is a joke all they are doing is rewarding the people that have no drive to help themselves out and drug dealers.

Obviously “Blackhorn” doesn’t have a clue.
Yes, you would be forced to have health insurance. Though Obama has publicly said that he only want a single payer system to compete with the private insurance sector, he is lying.
He has said MULTIPLE times that eliminating the private sector in Health Care is his goal. Don’t believe me? Then watch him say it here:

Anyways, with private insurances out of the way, then everyone would be forced onto his Health Care Plan. And like he says on the video, it might take 10 to 15 years, but with this plan that will make that happen.
And how would this be paid for? Through higher taxes on all Americans. Just browse Google News for more sources.

Yes, it means that people will be forced to have health insurance. Those that don’t will have to pay a tax penalty, and the money will go into an account that will pay for their health care if they need it.

Yes we all need to read the bill when it is finalized in 2 WEEKS. But, yes, the latest version DOES state that you ARE required to have insurance. Either thru your job or thru the government. And, YES, the lastest in the bill DOES state that you WILL be fined if you do not have it. BUT, NO ONE knows the actual truths underlined until it is completed in approx 2 weeks.

yes, you will be required to get insurance. It’s no different than being required to have car insurance or pay a fine and go to jail.

The latest news article I read said that the version passed by the House of Representatives will require that. I don’t know what the penalties are — eg. whether people will be fined $250.000 and sent to jail if they refuse.
It looks like someone wants to criminalize another segment of the U.S. population in order to keep our jails filled to capacity.

Yes, you will be required to have health care insurance or pay a fine each year (minimal amount) if you do not have it. The fine will be cheaper than the insurance itself.
The public option will be available though. And they cannot disqualify you for a pre-existing condition. So you can just pay the fine until you get really sick. Join the public option and get taken care of. Then, once you’re well again, go back to no insurance and paying fines.
Those simply paying fines will paying next to nothing into the “pot” yet when they sick and join the public option will reap the rewards of those paying the most into the “pot”.
No identification checks will allow illegals to join the public option.
This is a nutshell answer. There’s a whole lot more to this bill.

From what I understand. You will be required to have insurance for you or your family. If you don’t you will be fined. I think they were estimated a family paying $10,000.00 a year for health insurance.
I am not sure how this would work for the people that are illegal. I don’t know if the govt. can track them down to make sure the buy into the health insurance.
What the bill doesn’t do is make the companies that have employees provide health insurance to it’s workers.
The burden falls on the individuals not the companies.

The protection offered by building and contents insurance, may cover a valuable home and all of its contents against a many risks, but if you are one of the thousands of people struggling to afford the mortgage that comes with a new home your first home then there are various government initiatives to help, it is not hard to find them.
