Drivers need insurance and legal issues stricter driver’s license
Florida – as well as all other states, has specific laws about driving a motor vehicle. First and foremost that one must have a driver’s license is still valid, and the second is a person must also be insured. However, unlike most if not all other states, Florida appears to be very weak to come to straighten out the two basic laws. To add salt to the wound, it seems the penalty for the mistake one of these laws are not Terribly threatening.
A perfect case of an accident that occurred on July 22 is the point near Lake Worth, where a woman 38 years received allegations of driving to Palm Tran bus stop, resulting in a number of two people sent to hospital. The driver accused of failing to use due care along with a drivers license suspended and no proof of insurance.
It’s quite clear that if we do not establish a more stringent enforcement prosecution, along with much stiffer penalties applicable to violations of licensing and insurance laws, the number of drivers are uninsured and do not have the license will continue to increase, leaving us far more dangerous road than they’ve already have insurance and licenses.
